A number of powerful explosions have been heard in Saudi Arabia’s port city of Yanbu’, local sources said Monday, with reports falling short of giving any reason for the blasts or possible casualties.The news agencies have reported the horrific explosions at Saudi Arabia’s port city of Yanbu. Saudi leaders have not denied or confimred the news yet. Yanbu Refinery is located in Medina Province, which is affiliated with Aramco Saudi Company. The capacity of the refinery is 250,000,000 barrels a day. The refinery is located on the Red Sea coast, 200 km west of Medina and 300 km north of Jeddah.port city of Yanbu is the most important oil export center from Saudi Arabia’s to Western countries. The explosion can leadto the raise of oil prices in the world and fuel prices in the United States and Britain.The second largest Saudi city along the Red Sea coast, Yanbu is also the second port, after Jeddah, and serves as the main port for the holy city of Medina.Some social media activists claim the port city has been struck by rockets.
